BCG Tech recently finished an exterior LED installation for the Courtyard Marriott located in Springfield, Oregon. The project included BCG Tech’s high power LED luminaires utilized the existing Marriott parking lot light poles, recessed decorative porte-cochère lights for the covered load/un-load entry, and courtyard bollards. The existing parking lot fixtures, 400W HPS were replaced with a 72W, 5000 Kelvin LED luminaire. The 100W metal halide porte-cochere lights were replaced with a 40W recessed LED luminaire, and the 75W bollards were replaced with an 18W LED modules.
All exterior lighting at Courtyard by Marriott in Springfield has not yet been converted. The remaining High Pressure Sodium lights are a bleak contrast to the new LED parking lot lights. This multi-phase installation has allowed BCG Tech to monitor how BCG Tech design LED parking lot lights compare to traditional lighting in application. BCG Tech is pleased with the superior light quality and color and looks forward to the opportunity for more installs.
